さらにお楽しみは、地元食材を使った「手打ち蕎麦ランチ」。地元で受け継がれてきた技で打ち立てる蕎麦は、シンプルながらも深い味わい。サウナ後に味わう蕎麦は格別で、体にやさしく染みわたります。

As the air becomes crisp and clear in autumn, Yamanomura Campground invites you to a unique wellness retreat where nature, relaxation, and traditional food come together.
Inside the tent sauna, the warmth of the wood stove slowly heats your body, helping you release all the stress and fatigue of daily life. Then, step out and immerse yourself in the pure, cold mountain stream right beside the sauna. The refreshing plunge is unlike anything else – a natural “cold bath” that recharges your mind and body, leaving you truly refreshed.
To complete the experience, a handmade soba lunch is included. Using local ingredients and traditional techniques, this freshly made soba offers a simple yet profound taste. After the sauna, the flavor and warmth of the noodles are especially comforting and nourishing.
